In Muditam we value your experience so feel free to order securely as you can return all items within 5 days after it is received given that the product is unused with tags, boxes and other packaging being intact.
If the payment is done through credit or debit card, then we will refund/replace the money. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit as a mode of payment we will issue a cheque in the name if the registered customer.
If any item is found damaged, found in the incorrect condition as described earlier or if the units are missing then please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and the received products to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org
If we find your reason suitable then we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. After that we will either issue a full refund, wallet credits or provide a different item as an exchange to the returned product as per the request. Please note that the replacements can be done if there is an availability of a particular product.
We have specific policies for returns!
Products must be returned with original packing and sealed condition. If the packaging is Opened or boxes are used up then it will not be accepted for returns.
For other issues like rashes, stomachache, headache, flavor dislike, difference in flavor from one brand to another, products will not be considered returnable.
It is advised that you consult a doctor before buying the product.
If any product is returned without original packaging, accessories, box, manufacturers packaging and all the other included items which are delivered with the product then there may be partial or complete deduction of the paid amount.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- There might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at email@example.com. Provide your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
- If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
- If the customer has paid then 100% refund will be given to the customer if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
- If the product have any manufacturing defect, only replacement of similar product is allowed after receiving the return parcel from the customer. In case, the similar product is not available at our warehouse, in such case return & refund policy will work.
